Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
• At least 2 years of cross-functional environment experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on with technical formatting/publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Management: author, maintain, publish high-quality technical docs for diverse audiences.
• Process Optimization: analyze requirements and redesign workflows to improve clarity and speed.
• Governance & Risk: manage lifecycles with version control and audit readiness.
• Stakeholder Management: engage and influence internal/external stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentorship: lead knowledge-sharing sessions and SOPs.
