Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Content Campaigns Senior Manager to transform customer stories into integrated marketing campaigns that reach the right audiences across channels and moments.

You will lead activation and amplification for customer stories and Orchestrators content, collaborating with Digital, Social, Field Marketing, Events and Campaigns to shape when, where and how content appears.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B integrated marketing, content marketing, campaigns or related field in enterprise tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record turning content into integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer stories into integrated campaigns across channels and audiences.
• Develop activation and amplification strategies for customer stories portfolio.
• Coordinate with Digital, Social, Field Marketing, Events, Campaigns and others on execution.
• Build repeatable campaign models and playbooks to extend reach of content.
• Manage activation plans for priority content with Orchestrators content owners.
