• Must have CPG & Retail experience.
• Worked on long-term projects in the career.
• Has 5+ years of key account leadership with a 20+ million account.
• Credibly engages CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and business heads.
• AI fluency in an industry context and value-led conversations.
• Deal shaping, commercial acumen, and procurement/negotiation comfort.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned portfolio by ~15%+ YoY through strategic account planning.
• Lead CXO engagements to align technology investments with business goals.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to propose differentiated offerings.
• Position AI-enabled solutions and drive value through modernization.
• Maintain regular onsite presence at client locations and ensure satisfaction.
