HP Inc. seeks a Director - Agentic AI Computing Foundation to lead the engineering org that builds the shared backbone for executable agentic AI on HP PCs and edge devices.

You will own platform capabilities spanning APIs, security, hardware interfaces, data access, and policy frameworks to keep features portable, reliable, and efficient. Lead a global team across runtime, OS services, drivers, firmware, and hardware interfaces while shaping contracts and adapters via tested collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in systems/embedded/AI engineering with 7+ years leading teams.
• Delivered production capabilities integrated into PCs or edge devices.
• Deep understanding of heterogeneous compute and on-device inference.
• Strong systems architecture with API compatibility and secure lifecycle.
• Experience enabling agentic or generative AI systems and tool permissions.
• Ability to lead global technical organizations; degree in CS/EE or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Define platform architecture for APIs, security, and manageability.
• Lead device integration across runtime, OS services, drivers, and hardware.
• Guide execution efficiency across CPU, GPU, NPU and cloud resources.
• Provide security, policy enforcement, and trusted data access.
