You will own persona definition, experience design, feature trade-offs, and adoption success criteria across devices, OS, AI runtime, and connected services to deliver measurable customer value. Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years in technology product management including ≥7 years leading teams and managing managers.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercially shipped PC, device, or embedded-system experiences with adoption outcomes.
• Experience bringing AI or ML capabilities into production products and practical agentic workflows.
• Ability to balance CPU, GPU, or NPU capability, OS integration, memory, latency, power, privacy and connectivity trade-offs.
• Success leading discovery and iterative delivery across product, design, and systems engineering with evidence-based prioritization.
• Ability to build global leadership teams, manage budgets and capacity, and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Product direction: Define experience strategy and a prioritized portfolio of customer problems.
• Intent and experience: Lead research, journey design, and prototyping; specify agent behavior and context use.
• Device requirements: Convert goals into acceptance criteria for performance, power, memory, and privacy.
• Backlog ownership: Develop Product Owners with clear priorities, testable requirements, and sprint goals.
• Experience acceptance: Evaluate increments on representative PCs and edge devices against criteria.
• Adoption learning: Define activation, sustained usage, and satisfaction measures.
• Organization leadership: Hire and develop product leaders; manage capacity and investment.
