Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking an After-School Site Director for the Irving Campus. This 12-month, full-time role oversees after-school and three Summer Programs, ensuring program quality and compliance with policies.

You'll train and coach co-curricular staff, manage enrollment, payroll and spending, and collaborate with campus leaders while safeguarding participants and reporting incidents to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with children.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Independent work ethic and a heart of service to others.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day after-school program and three summer programs.
• Implement Great Hearts Co-Curriculars curriculum in all programs.
• Train and coach co-curricular staff at the academy.
• Track enrollment, payroll, and spending for co-curricular programs.
• Support marketing initiatives as directed by management.
• Maintain relationships with Headmaster, Director of Campus Operations, and staff; report liabilities.
