Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Irving is seeking an After-School Assistant Site Director for the Irving Campus. This part-time hourly role supports the Site Director in running after-school and summer programs, with activities ranging from homework help to physical activities.

This 11-month position begins in August and may require up to 22 hours per week. Requires a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication and leadership, background check and fingerprint clearance; US work authorization is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with children, strong communication and leadership.
• Must complete Texas DPS fingerprint clearance and background check.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Director in leading after-school and summer programs and staff.
• Coordinate homework help, educational activities, and physical activities.
• Ensure compliance with background checks and fingerprint clearance.
