Job summary

Great Hearts Irving is seeking an After-School Site Director for the Irving campus to oversee day-to-day operations of the After-School and three Summer Programs. The role reports to the Regional Coordinator and commands a salary from $46,000 with a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible arrangement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, experience with children, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with children; excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership capability with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a school-based after-school program environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the After-School program and three Summer Programs.
• Implement the Great Hearts Co-Curriculars curriculum across all programs.
• Train, coach and supervise co-curricular staff at the academy.
• Track enrollment, payroll and spending for co-curricular programs.
• Implement marketing initiatives as directed by Marketing Manager.
• Foster productive relationships with Headmaster, Director of Campus Operations and key staff.
• Monitor and report incidents and liabilities to Regional Manager.
