Great Hearts Academies is seeking an After-School Site Director for the Irving Campus. This 12-month, full-time role oversees after-school and three Summer Programs, ensuring program quality and compliance with policies.

You'll train and coach co-curricular staff, manage enrollment, payroll and spending, and collaborate with campus leaders while safeguarding participants and reporting incidents to regional leadership.

Story Rd. Irving, TX 75038)**Reports To:** Regional Coordinator**FLSA Status:** Salaried exempt **Salary**: From $46,000 **Position Description:*** Responsible for the day-to-day management of the After-School program and three Summer Programs.* Implements the Great Hearts Co-Curriculars curriculum in each of the programs s/he oversees at his/her academy.* Trains, coaches and manages all co-curricular staff at his/her academy.* Tracks enrollment, payroll and spending for all co-curricular programs at his/her academy.* Implements marketing initiatives as directed by the Business Analysis and Marketing Manager.* Proactively cultivates close, productive, and diplomatic relationships with the Headmaster, Director of Campus Operations, and other key personnel at his/her academy.* Closely monitors and handles any and all situations that may be a liability to the program (including accidents, incidents, and behavior issues), documents them, and reports them to the Regional Manager **Company Description**: Great Hearts Academies is a non-profit network of charter schools dedicated to improving education by developing excelling public schools.
