Job summary

Great Hearts Irving Lower (3350 W. Story Rd. Irving, TX 75038) is hiring an After-School Site Director.

You will manage day-to-day operations of the After-School program and three Summer Programs, supervise co-curricular staff, track enrollment, payroll and spending, and implement the co-curricular curriculum. You will report to the Regional Coordinator, build positive relationships with school leaders, handle sensitive situations, and ensure compliance with safety and background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with children and strong communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven leader with independent work ethic.
• Experience managing staff and program operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the After-School program and three Summer Programs.
• Train, coach and manage co-curricular staff at the academy.
• Track enrollment, payroll and spending for all co-curricular programs.
• Implement marketing initiatives and cultivate relationships with school leadership and key personnel.
