Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Scottsdale seeks an Assistant Campus Coordinator for the After-School program. The role provides managerial and operational support to the Campus Coordinator in a 24-hour weekly, 12-month, non-benefits-eligible position.

Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, paperwork, curriculum prep, staff training, and marketing. CPR/First Aid and fingerprint clearance are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Principled, professional leader with independent work ethic and service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure high quality after-school and summer programs.
• Assist with paperwork, supplies, curriculum prep, staff training, and marketing.
• Model and apply Great Hearts 9 Core Virtues in daily operations.
• Maintain licensing compliance in all areas of program operations.
• Respond to and document student behavior; escalate incidents as needed.
• Substitute in classroom and act on behalf of Campus Coordinator when absent.
• Attend meetings at home office and local locations.
