Job summary

Airbnb Luxe is seeking a senior operations leader to own the end-to-end onboarding of Luxe listings and to drive acquisition and integration strategies. You will ensure a healthy pipeline and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Tech to achieve growth targets.

You will lead cross-team programs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and represent the team in leadership forums with opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth cross-functional environment.
• Experience managing an end-to-end pipeline from design to steady-state, including budgeting and vendor accountability.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, including dashboard creation and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including dashboards and reports, pipeline diagnostics and automation.
• Ability to drive initiatives with urgency and adapt quickly to shifting priorities to meet program goals.
• Proven experience managing a matrix organization and building cross-functional relationships with sales, product and tech teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence and judgment to represent the team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding operations to meet company pace and quality.
• Develop and implement new acquisition and onboarding approaches with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps in tools and processes and implement durable systems over manual workarounds.
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including external partners when needed.
• Run cross-team programs and present to leadership, with opportunities to take on new projects as priorities evolve.
• Represent the team in internal team meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership contexts as required.
• Monitor key program metrics, diagnose drops in performance, and drive levers to get back on track.
