Job summary

Airbnb Luxe is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own Luxe's new listing onboarding end-to-end, building acquisition and onboarding motions that bring new supply online while maintaining pipeline health.

You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to hit growth targets, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and represent the team in leadership settings. Strong data analytics and Salesforce experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, including budget and vendor accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with dashboards and data-driven decisions; advanced analytics (SQL) preferred.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: dashboards, reports, and diagnosing/predicting pipeline or automation issues.
• Ability to act with urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities to hit goals.
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization and building cross-functional relationships (Sales, Product, tech).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership settings.
• Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding operations for Luxe new listings, ensuring pace and quality.
• Build and run listing acquisition & onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and close gaps in tooling and processes to reduce manual workarounds.
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners.
• Drive cross-team programs from planning to execution and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Represent the team in internal meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings.
• Track key program metrics, diagnose drivers of performance, and pull levers to stay on track.
