Airbnb Luxe is seeking a Market Manager based in Los Angeles to drive supply growth, acquire new Luxe listings, and cultivate high-value host relationships. You will own market launches end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver data-driven optimization for top-tier properties.

You will manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts, perform regular business reviews, and articulate a compelling value proposition to luxury homeowners while navigating a dynamic, evolving market.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years in sales, account management, business development or strategic partnerships in luxury travel/hospitality.
• Proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally to influence change and drive results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and keeping pipeline hygiene and reporting.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior decision-makers in luxury industries.
• Excellent negotiation and ability to close high-value partnerships.
• Sharp market instincts to assess neighborhoods and translate trends into strategy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; polished host-facing correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in assigned geographies by acquiring new listings and cultivating host relationships.
• Own market launches end-to-end, including lead generation, host recruitment, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts, provide data-driven recommendations, and optimize listings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Guest Services, Content & Quality, Product, Policy) to resolve escalations.
• Educate hosts on product updates, policy changes, and best practices; maintain strong client relationships.
