Airbnb Luxe seeks a Senior Operations Manager to own Luxe listing onboarding end-to-end, building acquisition and onboarding motions with Sales and cross-functional teams. You will keep the pipeline healthy, and partner across regions to hit growth targets.

You will take on cross-team programs and represent the team in leadership settings, with scope to grow. This role requires 8+ years in program/operations and strong data analytics, including Salesforce expertise.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations in a high-growth setting.
• Proven pipeline ownership from design to steady-state operation with budget/vendor accountability.
• Strong analytical skills; able to build dashboards and use data to drive decisions.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including dashboards/reports and issue resolution.
• Ability to move quickly with urgency and adapt to changing priorities to hit goals.
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding operations for Luxe listings.
• Build and run new listing acquisition and onboarding in partnership with Sales.
• Identify and close gaps in tooling and processes to reduce manual workarounds.
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, selecting external partners as needed.
• Drive shared programs with peer leads from planning through execution.
• Represent the team in leadership settings and cross-functional forums.
• Track key metrics, diagnose drivers of performance, and pull levers to improve.
