Job summary

Luxury Presence seeks a Director of Launch Operations to own onboarding, launch, and activation across its product suite. You will design and implement a scalable operating model and lead Launchpad, the platform for managing onboarding, launch, and activation, while aggressively applying AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations roles at a SaaS or technology company, including experience leading a team.
• Direct experience running the operational layer behind an implementation, onboarding, professional services, or delivery organization.
• Demonstrable results consistently raising the bar on performance through operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model behind onboarding, launch, and activation across our full product set (3x volume target).
• Own Launchpad as a product: vision, roadmap, prioritization, and what ships; lead engineering/Salesforce resources.
• Identify and build AI capabilities into Launchpad and related workflows; replace manual steps where possible.
• Define activation metrics and provide leadership with a reconciled performance view.
• Lead a small team of senior operators and maintain a prioritized backlog with scalable processes.
