Job summary

Airbnb Luxe is a curated category of 9,000+ vetted high-end homes. As Senior Operations Manager, you will own Luxe's new listing onboarding process end-to-end and partner cross-functionally to hit growth targets. You will lead initiatives across Sales and operations to drive streamlined onboarding and scalable success.

You will track performance, optimize the onboarding funnel, and manage budgets and vendors to ensure timely, quality listings and revenue growth for Airbnb Luxe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, with budget and vendor accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced data analytics (SQL) and Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own Luxe's new listing onboarding process end-to-end.
• Build acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Track key metrics, diagnose performance slips, and pull levers to get back on track.
