Job summary

Airbnb Luxe is a curated category within Airbnb Homes Enterprise, delivering high-end listings with exceptional quality and premium service. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will own Luxe's new listing onboarding process end-to-end—building acquisition and onboarding motions that bring new supply online while keeping the pipeline healthy and partnering across functions.

You'll also take on cross-team programs, lead initiatives with Sales, Product, and technical teams, and grow with the Luxe

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/operations management, sales or supply chain in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
• Proven pipeline ownership end-to-end, including budget and vendor accountability.
• Strong data analytics skills; ability to build dashboards and drive decisions (SQL preferred).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with dashboards and reports; diagnose pipeline issues.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed org and build cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder presence.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Luxe listing onboarding process and pipeline health.
• Build onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and close tooling and process gaps to reduce manual workarounds.
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships.
• Drive cross-team programs from planning to execution.
• Represent the team in leadership settings and meetings.
• Track metrics, diagnose drivers, and pull levers to stay on track.
