Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or 5+ years of verified experience in the same position.
• Experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist people with daily living skills across day, evening and overnight shifts.
• Develop independence by creating opportunities for decision making and skills growth.
• Prepare progress notes, shift checklists and required documentation.
• Administer medications as applicable and coordinate medical needs.
• Maintain safety and conduct housekeeping duties as assigned.
