Job summary

Bridgewell is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Massachusetts to support people with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities. The role involves daily living skills coaching, documentation, and coordination with care teams.

Shift schedule is 3:00pm-11:00pm on Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu, totaling 40 hours per week. The job requires high school diploma or GED and prior experience; relevant certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or at least 5+ years of verified experience in the same position is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living during day, evening and/or overnight hours.
• Create opportunities for people to develop independence.
• Provide services per applicable regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations where applicable.
• Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists and documentation.
