Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals.
• Clear background checks, fingerprinting, and pre-employment health screenings.
• Ability to complete required training programs and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and hygiene.
• Administer medications and maintain medication records per directives.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Document health information and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Respond to emergencies using trained intervention techniques.
