Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration under guidance, documentation in the EHR, transportation in agency vehicles, and adherence to privacy and safety policies. Paid training available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license to transport individuals in agency vehicles.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks, fingerprinting, and pre-employment health screenings.
• Ability to complete required training programs and maintain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene needs as per plans.
• Monitor health information and document vital signs as required.
• Administer medications and maintain medication records per training and directives.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime as per menus and dietary needs.
• Document daily activities, health information, progress notes, incidents, and medication administration in the EHR.
• Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols; apply behavioral support strategies when needed.
