Our House, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments.

You will help with daily living skills, community inclusion, and growth, ensuring health, safety, and well-being. This role suits compassionate caregivers or those pursuing a long-term career in DD/IDD, with paid training, and opportunities for advancement within the DD/IDD community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work; able to drive between sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living skills and health needs.
• Maintain safety and dignity of residents at all times.
• Document shifts, reports, and care activities in EHR/agency systems.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
