Our House, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments. You will help with daily living skills, community inclusion, and personal growth, promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to operate agency vehicles for community activities and appointments.
• Comfortable using computers and agency systems to document shift summaries and log data.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs.
• Administer and document medications accurately.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
