Our House, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with IDD in group homes and apartments in New Jersey. You will assist with daily living, community inclusion, and personal growth to promote independence and well‑being.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate agency vans as needed. Paid training starts on hire, with comprehensive benefits for full‑time staff and competitive pay per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must complete two-week in-office paid training and maintain annual recertifications.
• Comfortable using computers and agency systems to document shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and logs.
