Venture-Community-Service in Webster, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping with daily living, community involvement, and medical appointments in a residential setting. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a–10a and Sat 8a–2:30p; Part Time: 16.5 hours.

Pay: $17.50–$19.00/hour with paid training. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance for full-time staff, earned PTO, and a $500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and community integration.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and MAP procedures.
