Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and support community involvement in a compassionate team environment.

This part-time role offers weekend and evening shifts, paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, PTO, and tuition remission.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with daily living tasks: housing, meals, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, etc.
• Accompany to medical appointments, banking, community activities, and outings; follow care plans and medical guidelines.
