Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily driving on site.
• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation.
• Available by telephone for daily contact.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for adults with disabilities and support daily living activities.
• Assist with medical appointments, banking, and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Ensure safety and evacuation readiness in emergencies.
