Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Southbridge, MA. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, focusing on daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.

The position is part-time (30 hours/week) from Mon-Fri 9am-3pm, offering a $19.50-$21.00 hourly wage and a sign-on bonus. On-site training and benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults 22+ with daily living activities, including household tasks, meal prep, shopping, grooming and self-care.
