Responsibilities

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) advocates and supports adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to empower independence and participation in daily life.
Duties include household tasks, meal prep, shopping, personal care, attending appointments, and community engagement.
Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines as required.
