Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time role in Massachusetts. The position includes paid training and a sign-on bonus, with a schedule of Sundays 9a-5p and 8-hour shifts.

The DSP will advocate for adults with disabilities, support daily activities, and help them participate in the community. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $19 per hour with Paid training provided by Venture, plus a $500 sign-on bonus for part-time staff.
