Job summary

Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping individuals participate fully in daily life and community activities.

The DSP will assist with household tasks, meals, appointments and outings, and follow individualized plans. Paid training and a sign-on bonus are included, with a Sun/Fri schedule totaling 20 hours per week and hourly pay of $17.50–$19.00.
