Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP will help with daily living tasks, community participation, and personal care, while providing compassionate support and advocacy.

The position offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a pay range of $17.50–$19.00 per hour for part-time hours.

• Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community activities; monitor medications as needed.
