Job summary

Our House, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with IDD in group homes. You will assist with daily living, community inclusion, and personal growth, helping residents gain independence while ensuring health, safety, and well-being.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and a two-week in-office paid training. Pay is $20.00/hour with $21.00/hour in designated homes, plus strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living and independence in group homes or apartments.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Document medications, health data, and shift summaries in electronic systems.
