Qualifications

• Behavioral Support experience preferred.
• Assist residents with daily routines and independence.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with IDD in group homes or apartments.
• Administer and document medications.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and well-being; document shift summaries.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
