Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
• Strong reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform electronic documentation and basic computer tasks.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support (grooming, eating, bathing, dressing).
• Assist with meal planning/preparation and household routines.
• Plan outings, encourage independence, and build community connections.
• Support community integration, social activities, and development of socially valued behaviors.
• Provide transportation to work, appointments, and approved activities.
• Administer medications as trained per plan.
• Complete accurate daily notes and service delivery documentation.
• Follow mandatory reporting requirements for injuries or abuse.
• Participate in required training and demonstrate professional ethics.
