All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate in-home care for individuals with IDD. You will support daily living activities, monitor health needs, and document progress in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear background check required.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Basic caregiving and health-monitoring skills.
• Experience with individuals with IDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks and health-related support in the client’s home.
• Document daily activities, medications, and progress.
• Support individuals in daily living and self-help activities.
• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments.
• Follow Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
