Job summary

Innovative Care Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. The role involves daily living support, personal care, meal preparation, and helping with errands and transportation to appointments.

You will also be administering prescribed medications and documenting actions accurately. Training is provided, and a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
