WellLife Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist New Yorkers with developmental disabilities in homes and their communities. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and help individuals build independence with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

The role emphasizes safety, advocacy, community engagement, and coordination with health professionals to ensure holistic wellbeing and meaningful daily activities for clients.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English for client communication.
• NY State Driver’s License with driving experience required for driving positions.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, chores, and safe home environment.
• Administer medications as directed and assist in medical appointments and treatment plans.
