Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English for client communication.
• Valid New York State driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals you support.
• Assist with daily living activities and community connections.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support individuals at medical appointments and follow treatment plans.
• Maintain daily notes, progress reports, and documentation in electronic systems.
