OneWell Health Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered care for individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will implement ISP/IPP plans, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and medication administration, and monitor health and safety.

Role requires strong documentation, adherence to HIPAA and regulations, and participation in trainings.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: prior caregiving/home health/IDD support experience.
• Experience in community-based or residential support settings.
• Tech skills: EVV systems, basic computer use, follow care plans.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support in home/community settings.
• Implement individualized service plans (ISP/IPP) and behavior support strategies.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being; promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain documentation, participate in trainings and team meetings, and adapt to staffing needs.
