The role emphasizes structured routines, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and program policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility and medication assistance as authorized.
• Document accurately and timely, participate in trainings and team meetings, and monitor health and safety.
