Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support for IDD preferred.
• Experience in community-based or residential support settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support according to each individual’s care plan.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, meals, mobility, and medication as authorized.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and notes in required systems.
• Support transportation, community outings, and engagement in employment or vocational activities while ensuring health and safety.
