Qualifications

• English proficiency required (spoken and written).
• Experience with electronic documentation is preferred.
• Driver license may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support per care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and health monitoring.
• Document accurately and timely, maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
