Job summary

ICM is seeking compassionate home health aides to assist clients with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping in Magnolia, AR. You will document daily shift updates and help ensure client safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include aiding with bathing, grooming, feeding, medications where applicable, and accompanying clients to appointments. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
