ICM is seeking caregivers in Fordyce, AR to provide quality care and support for daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal planning, medication reminders, and light housework. You will assist with transportation to appointments and serve as a trusted companion.

You will also observe the customer’s condition, monitor safety and equipment, and provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities via an online platform.

Formación

• Must be able to provide quality care including daily living activities and medication assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Willingness to follow policies, SOPs, and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education)
