Job summary

Ultipro in Arkansas is seeking compassionate care professionals to assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal planning, grooming, and medication administration, while ensuring safety and dignity. You will document shift activities and coordinate with families to support quality of life.

Following HIPAA rules and agency SOPs, you will also help clients achieve community integration and provide ongoing updates on client progress to supervisors and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help with daily activities (bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medications and treatments as needed; assist with housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments; arrange transportation and companionship.
• Help customers achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Observe customer’s condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety; monitor equipment and materials.

• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
