Job summary

ICM is seeking caregivers to assist clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, medication support, and light housework. You will schedule or arrange transportation, accompany clients to appointments, and provide companionship to improve quality of life.

Daily written updates will be posted using an online platform. You will monitor safety, observe client condition and surroundings, and perform additional duties as assigned, while adhering to SOPs and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• HIPAA compliance required.
• Follows all SOPs and policies; asks for clarification when needed.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and medication assistance.
• Provide or arrange transportation for appointments and errands; act as a companion.
• Help customers meet goals to improve quality of life and community participation.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities via an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and environment to ensure safety; monitor equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
