Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Arkansas seeks reliable caregivers to provide quality in-home support including bathing, meal planning, dressing, and medication reminders, while ensuring safety and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Assist customers with daily living activities (bathing, meals, dressing, medication reminders).
• Monitor customer safety and surroundings; observe condition and equipment.
• Arrange transportation and accompany customers to appointments.
• Support client goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
