Job summary

Ultipro in Hope, AR is seeking caregivers to support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and medication assistance. You will provide transportation and escort to appointments, and offer companionship on a daily basis.

Caregivers monitor safety and wellbeing, document updates on an online platform, and work toward clients' goals to improve quality of life, while complying with HIPAA and maintaining reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education)
• Follows HIPAA regulations and SOPs
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Job description

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
